Catalogue & covers
Add books quickly with ISBN lookup. Covers and details are filled from public book databases when you’re online.
Catalogue books by ISBN, organise shelves, and keep lists — then settle in with reading mode, optional ambient sound, Live Activities, and a clear history of every session and page reached.
Download on the App StoreAdd books quickly with ISBN lookup. Covers and details are filled from public book databases when you’re online.
Arrange volumes the way you’d arrange them at home — so your digital shelf feels as intentional as a physical one.
Track custom lists and what you’ve lent out, without losing the thread of your collection.
Start a full-screen session with an accurate active timer (pause excluded). Your current read can appear on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Optional ambient loops use lossless ALAC in the app, spatial rendering, and a gentle fade-in when playback starts.
Each book keeps a dated list of sessions: active reading time when recorded, the page you reached, and whether you marked the book finished. Add a session manually too — minutes and page are optional so you can log progress without a timed run.

Shelfie is designed to keep your personal library data on your device. When you look up a book, the app may contact third-party services over the network to retrieve public metadata (such as title, authors, and cover image). This policy describes what that means in practice.
The Shelfie mobile application and this website are operated in connection with the domain shelfie.tr. For privacy-related requests, contact us through the channels published on this site or in the App Store listing.
Information you enter into Shelfie — including books, shelves, lists, notes, reading session logs, and images saved in the app — is stored on your iPhone or iPad. When you are signed in to iCloud, the app may sync that library data through Apple’s CloudKit private database for your Apple ID, so your collection can stay consistent across your devices. Apple processes iCloud data under Apple’s privacy policy. Refer to the App Store privacy labels for the build you install.
When you add or refresh book information, the app may send identifiers such as ISBN to public book metadata providers. The app is implemented to use services such as Open Library and Google Books for this purpose. Those providers process requests under their own terms and privacy policies; we do not control their logging or retention.
If Shelfie offers push notifications, Apple’s push infrastructure may process device tokens as described in Apple’s privacy policy. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
This marketing site is static and does not load third-party analytics or advertising trackers by default. The Shelfie app does not need to sell your library data to function; review the App Store privacy “nutrition” labels for the version you install.
Shelfie is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected a child’s personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We may update this policy when the app or site changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
